I believe every product/service is a result of some social problem faced by an individual. While some may have chosen to dump the problem in their "to be adjusted with bucket", one in a million individual came up with a social solution to ease out life. Therefore any product/service becomes a necessity if its absence can be realized/felt by the audience. This is exactly what I love to do - position your identity/belief to your target audience through layman's language.
